Inaugurating the event, A. Head of the department, K. Guru Raj, said about 400 participants from Pondicherry, Chennai, Bangalore, Bihar and Hyderabad had arrived on campus to take part in events such as robo wars, robo race, robo soccer, aqua drive and rocketrix. Faculty coordinator P.S.S. Murthy said the symposium papers and technical events cover a wide range of subjects, which claim to be the organs of the body of mechanical engineering.
