Kshitij to ignite young minds
Kshitij – the techno-management fest of IIT Kharagpur will be held from January 31 to February 3 and it will provide a national-level platform for the students to showcase their technical and managerial expertise through 40 events spanning across 9 diverse genres.
With prize money of over Rs.60 lakh on offer, last year’s event made it sure that the efforts of the ingenious minds were duly recognised and rewarded. To participate in the fest the students need to register on the website,www.ktj.in.
Sneh Pratik, Core organising team member said that several top organisations are involved in the festival.
He says, ACM – the esteemed society in the field of computing, certifies the popular night-long coding competition ‘Overnite’, while the aircraft designing competition ‘Laws of Motion’ has the backing of IMechE. ‘B Plan’, an exclusive event for budding entrepreneurs, presents a once in a lifetime opportunity to the bright minds to present an executive summary of their business idea and receive a hefty incubation from angel investors and venture capitalists to kick-start their dream venture.
A multitude of exciting online events have already commenced from the first week of November itself. The last date for submission of entries is December 15.
