Essay contest for schoolchildren
The primary unity of Freemasonry in Hyderabad, Lodge Keys No-297, is holding an essay competition for schoolchildren (Class 8 to 12) on the topic ‘Values-are you living yours? How important are morals, values, and ethics in our lives?’. The 250-350 word essay should be submitted on or before October 30.

Training programme for minorities
The State Minorities Finance Commission will conduct training programmes for unemployed youth belonging to minority communities and aged between 18 and 33 years. Training will be provided in software, engineering, textiles, paramedical, tourism, automobile, fire and safety, security, production, fashion designing and architecture. Those interested should send in their applications latest by November 5, a press note said.
B.Ed Paper IV exam rescheduled
B.Ed. Paper IV (1104) School Management & Systems of Education examination scheduled on October 23 was rescheduled to October 29 for colleges in Prakasam district. The examinations would be held at QIS College of Education, Ongole (Examination Centre). Students should approach the Special Officer, ANU PG Campus, Ongole for registration of their names along with hall tickets, according to Registrar of Acharya Nagarjuna University
